• How does the Chocolate get to the top of the Fountain?
Answer: Inside the fountain is a specially made corkscrew that brings the chocolate from the base to the top of the chocolate fountain, then it overflows and cascades back down to the basin.

• Do I have to assemble it myself?
Answer: No, our trained uniformed operators will deliver, assemble and supervise the fountain. Then when your event is over, they disassemble the fountain and take it away.

• I heard you do the dipping for us?
Answer: Not true. Here at Melting Chocolate Moments we want you to have fun, so we will assist you if required but you get to do the dipping.

• Can you co-ordinate with my colour scheme?
Answer: Yes, we provide white napkins and one additional colour at no extra cost to complement your colour scheme.

• Are you insured?
Answer: Yes, Melting Chocolate Moments has full public liability insurance.

• How far do you travel?
Answer: We travel nationwide providing our chocolate fountains throughout the UK.

• What kind of Chocolate is used in the Fountain?
Answer: We use only the very best 'Callebaut' Belgian Chocolate. It comes in a variety of flavours and colours.

• How long can the Chocolate Fountain run for?
Answer: Actually forever, because the chocolate fountain acts as a tempering / heating unit the machine will keep the chocolate at a constant temperature so the chocolate never hardens. In reality though the average time the machine will run on a rental is 3-4 hours, although longer is no problem.

• What can be dipped into the chocolate fountain?
Answer: You can dip anything that will skewer and not crumble into the chocolate. Fruits and pastries are the most common. With our deluxe package 19 dipping items are included, but if you prefer to supply your own then that’s no problem.

• What do I need to provide?
Answer: All we need from you or your venue is electricity.

• How far in advance do I need to book?
Answer: The earlier the better, as we book up quickly during the summer and around Christmas. Avoid disappointment and check your required date is still available by e-mail today!

• Do I have to pay any deposits?
Answer: Yes, A £100.00 non refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
